Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Anwar Ul Quran Academy's website and services. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you are enrolling a minor, you (as the parent/guardian) accept these terms on their behalf.

2. Services Description

Anwar Ul Quran Academy provides online Islamic education services including:

• Live 1-on-1 Quran and Islamic studies classes via Google Meet
• Quran memorization (Hifz), Tajweed, Arabic language, and Islamic studies programs
• Student management portal with progress tracking and reporting
• Free trial class for new students

3. Registration & Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Free Trial Policy

• Each student is entitled to one (1) free trial class of 30 minutes.
• The free trial is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for credit.
• We reserve the right to limit free trial eligibility in cases of suspected abuse.
• Failing to attend the trial without 24 hours' notice may forfeit the trial opportunity.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance on the date of enrollment.
• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely. We do not store credit card information.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 5 days before the billing date.
• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — access continues until then.
• Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied after your first paid month, we offer a full refund. For subsequent months, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet conducted.
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

7. Class Scheduling & Rescheduling

• Classes must be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be counted as attended sessions.
• No-shows without notice will be considered completed sessions and are non-refundable.
• Teachers will wait up to 15 minutes for late students; beyond that the session is forfeited.
• We endeavour to maintain consistent teacher assignments, but reserve the right to reassign teachers when necessary.

8. Code of Conduct

All students, parents, and users are expected to:

• Treat all teachers and staff with respect and Islamic manners (adab).
• Not record classes without explicit written permission from the teacher and academy.
• Not use our platform for any illegal, offensive, or inappropriate purposes.
• Not share login credentials or class links with unauthorized persons.
• Maintain appropriate dress code and environment during video classes.

Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including course materials, videos, reports, and curriculum, is the intellectual property of Anwar Ul Quran Academy. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission. The Quran and Hadith content we teach are from authentic Islamic sources.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes. We are not liable for:

• Technical issues with Google Meet or internet connectivity on the student's end
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services
• Content on third-party websites we link to

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
